aap ye socho ke ager ye jhoot ha tu kon hoga jisne itna specific name 35 pancher socha. i mean ager pti ko sethi ko defame hi karna tha tu simply ye boltay ke humaray pass recording ha jisme riging ke baray me baat hui ha. dusra ye ke sirf 35 kyun - pti ka claim tu ye haka mandate chori kiya gaya jabke 35 seats ager pmln ki nikal ke pti ko dedi jain phr bhi pti govt form nahi karsakti

ye jo khaas word ha 35 pencture ijaad hua ha uski 2 possibilities hain

1) recording ha lekin offcourse pti ke pas nahi ha
2) pti ke pass koi punjabi ke mashoor writer/adeeb hain kyunke "penti panture" ka term dictionary me majood nahi aur isko sochna ke like koi buht creative mind chahiye.

In all other countries around the world the police and investigating agencies investigate criminal acts.Pakistan must be the only country where people have to play the role of police or and give proof to the courts.

Its almost impossible for a member of the public to provide proof in such cases because the criminals are not stupid.They do their home work before they commit criminal acts.In Pakistan even if you are caught red handed nothing is done.It was proved in a court that Nawaz took bribes from ISI.Was any action taken against him ? He should have been sent to jail and disqualified from politics.I guess you will say there was no massacre in model town either .Where is the proof? .

The recording does exist and the call has been recorded by Americans. It's a sensitive matter but one thing I don't get is that why can't it be released anonymously? There will b nobody to ask who recorded it.

I thinlk your concept of proof is different from everyone else.I will give you an example.Allegations were made against a journalist in UK that he was hacking peoples mobile phones.After looking into allegation the police filed a case against him.The police did ask anyone for proof first.t was proved in a court that he did hack the phones and the judge jailed him.The police investigates and then if it thinks there is a case to be answered the public prosecutor charges the person.Its up to the courts to decide if anyone is guilty or not.In Pakistan the police is not independent so it will never act without the permission of government.

I agree that Pakistani police is politically influenced..but what is stopping you to release that audio tape on social media?? In Pakistan defamation laws are not good enough so everyone can accuse anyone and Police will keep doing investigation....waisey bhi buhtan laganay ki mamanat hai hamaray deen mein :)
