You are misunderstanding mir's statement, rather his wish. He is referring to the his wish that PTI will not have enough seats to muster simple majority and form independent strong government.

I was being sarcastic my friend. I know exactly what he is saying. I was agreeing with his statement that the results will be unexpected (not that PTI would not get enough votes he is implying).
