Exactly. Just as Nawaz Sharif should have isolated from the government during the operation in 1992. MQM should directly ask Federal government to file a petition against all those involved in this issue, and if it doesn't do, then they should isolate from the government. I think it is not that complicated. Why finally they have to awake at once from their 8 years sleep. No effort made at all to reveal the truth which was hampering their fame very much during the 8 years. amazing... Isn't it? May be something cooking.

Very clever and smart analysis. Anyways, that's your right. But I must say you'r seeing the things on a very high level and from there you can not visualize the reality at its full strength. It looks very logical BUT you have to do a very deep analysis to find the answer of your curiosities.

Now by accepting your argument, let's make a scenario:

MQM doesn't go into the govt. with PPP because they did operation against them - CONFRONTATION WITH THE LARGEST PARTY IN PAKISTAN
MQM doesn't go into the govt. with PMLN because they did operation against them - CONFRONTATION WITH A SECOND LARGEST PARTY IN PAKISTAN

Literally it means:

Confrontation with whole Pakistan.
Confrontation with every power center of Pakistan.
Confrontation with Pakistan army.
Confrontation with Pakistan media.
and so on.

What MQM will get in return of this Confrontation:

No funds for the development of Karachi and Hyderabad.
Media trial
Army operation
Extra judicial killings
Treatment like SHUDDARS in Pakistani society.
Anarchy can be developed in Karachi by enemies of Pakistan in this ideal situation.
Are you ready to accept this challenge?

MQM can leave the govt. in a second if you people assures that when MQM will face the above consequences, you as a common Pakistani will be standing with Karachi people.

But , unfortunately, we are not ready to trust any one. For our water we have to dig our own well my dear. No one will support us for sure. This is gauranteed and tested previously many times in the past. I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT WE ARE ORPHANS IN THIS COUNTRY.

So, please let MQM be in the govt. and let them take as much as they can take from this corrupt system of wadera shahi. This is crystal clear that if MQM is in the govt. it never misuses their position. You will hardly found any corruption charge on any of the MQM official. Karachi development is a live example for you.
