Thanks nadia--after making such a controversial inquiry report of election rigging of 2013 , justice nasirul malik delivered a land mark decision today , keeping the military courts as constitutional . Its a jubilation for some and for some not but the sc judges realized the ground reality of the nation and gave the perfect decision . I did't like their inquiry report but happy about it.
There are 8500 murderers roaming around the jails all over the country without any fear of going to the gallows now their days will be numbered as soon the courts start working .i dont like to name the big lawyers who gave so vague arguments against this decision , calling justice -justice-justice ? Where is the justice in civil courts where judges dont have the courage to listen the cases of terrorists because they are afraid of their lives . Some cases are pending for years in courts, for god sake just think about those who are killed by these butchers and still alive .i have no sympathy for these kinds of animals who have no value for human lives .these butchers prowl anyone they like and no one there to listen the cries of victims .i was the biggest supporter of these courts and very happy to enforce the law which will protect the innocents in the country .
What a colossal blunder mr.ayaz sadiq, the speaker of parliament made to call altaf hussain who was making the speeches against this nation and army . Speaker should have known the viciousness and cruelty of AH for a moment before he call that butcher . To me , action should be taken against the speaker.this is a real intriguing step speaker took which made many people upset.
I hope the national action plan will be broaden and cases against financial terrorism will start soon so the corrupt people with their black money will be back to pakistan .
