Egypt one of the worst places for women, hijabi women get harassed all the damn time there. It's pretty bad out there.

Now mugging or harassment can even happen in broad day light but these are safety guidelines that we follow to protect ourselves. Even if we agree with you that it is natural phenomenon, then men should be put on leash right, this is why I created a post that there should be mental health test to figure out if they have this uncontrollable urge to do a crime like harassment rape / murder, may be this will stop this continuous shaming of Pakistan due to these men.

Why go into this philosophy of how old the victim was and what he/she was wearing and provoking or not provoking etc.

I think you did not read my post properly. People could be forced to eat once a day with the consequence of sure gallows if they do otherwise and you confirmed my point by saying there are prostitutes roaming about in Dubai providing an outlet (BTW Why most of the prostitutes historically and even today are women?) West has quite strict punishments but then they have outlets available to have sex outside marriage however this has resulted in other issues. Mental health issues are through the roof. Our society is based on certain values steeped in tradition and religion. When you change one aspect of it then other parts have to adapt. One part of this adaptation is to have strict laws and punishment however the other aspect is societal change. If the society wants to go the western way then yes have stricter punishments and open up everything from sex toy shops to nude bars and beaches. However if you do not want that than people would have to abide by the tradition and societal norms.

Come on man - What are you talking about. Having immodesty and nudity in the society with no outlet leads to frustration. It vents out at the vulnerable. Its not as if every women dressed provocatively will be raped however it increases the frustration level which may lead to such gruesome acts. Just imagine the frustration level of this individual who raped a corpse.

OK thanks for your time however that is our problem. Make everything very simple and just chant hang him, kill him, put him on the cross slogans without analysing the problem thread bare. Somehow its beyond our intellectual capacity to carry out such a scrutiny. People should be convicted and punished for their crimes even on minor harassment cases however our religion teaches women not to sexually objectify themselves by enhancing their bodies. There are dresses and coquettish behaviour which are more provocative than complete nudity. Goodbye and take care.
