You can't just put up your stall anywhere in the city....I dont knw the rules.....but its common sense......the proper procedure would be to tell this mute guy where he CAN and CANNOT keep his cart. it is only if it is a REPEAT violation that his cart should be confiscated....and we dont know if this was a repeat violation or first time. Anyways...like it or not...in the world we live where only the mentally or physically fit survive. Not that I think its fair but it is the reality. The mentally or physically weak are at a disadvantage.

This is just one of many side effects of the policies Imran Khan has implemented.

I hate it if PM does not take action and restore the position of such poor people. There is something wrong about this anti-encroachment campaign which if run selectively and poor are not given livelihood opportunity then it would be counter productive. Better let the people have carts on the road sides at specific built spaces.
