No, This is right.Sheikh isn't using his brain.Railway is already overloaded but yet he wants to hire 10,000 more people just so he can fulfill his campaign promise.He is also using those jobs as weapon as he had announced them right before the election in which his nephew is participating.Hundreds of those jobs are already advertise to be given in Rawalpindi right before the election. Both of the train he run recently will result in even more loss for railway.

What do you think these lotas are dangling from the present Regime without any interests ? 70 to 80 percent of the Ministers are from the Musharraf's regime . Someone has to pay for their expenses.

Mostly the trains tickets are sold out welll in advance. So starting new better roots wont hurt railway.
But the real improvement wd be improving, freight trains, improving speeds and tracks and also improving production and maintenance factories,
