They haven't broken any law so no need for intervention. But they have certainly disgraced a symbol of national importance. So the same could be done with them. Name and Shame them.
On a side note, Islamabad is a rotten city has no culture and society. Its a city of elite and top corrupt officers. Its people are disconnected from the larger society.

Agreed.

Even hunza and gilgit doesn't have clan tribal and molvi issues but its not like Islamabad.
People will say Islamabadis mind their own business. Islamabis mind their own business not because its a moral thing to do but rather they simply dont care about the next person. They will not even care for you when you are dying on the road side or need some help. Their larger disconnect from the society is clearly visible. They despise pakistan but have admiration for west and the elites. They think their morals to be superior than rest of country but in reality their ideas are just borrowed ones from the west.
