No, they are not. PTI foreign funding case has been going on for more than 6 years . It is just recently that PTI and IK started to make noises about other parties and filed an application to have them investigated.
As a matter of fact, the ECP is very lenient to the Drugie party for last many years .Otherwise, Akber Baber has all the required documents and the proof of the thugs inside the party who took advantage of the funds and bought properties using them for personal use.
