امریکہ کی شرمندگی اور صدر ضیا الحق کا خط

ان دنوں صدر ضیا الحق کے خط کا بڑا چرچا ہے، جو انھوں نے امریکی صدر رونلڈ ریگن کو لکھا تھا۔ یہ دراصل اس خط کا جواب تھا جو امریکی سفیر ورنن والٹر نے جنرل ضیا تک پہنچایا تھا۔صدر رونلڈ ریگن نے اپنے خط میں پاکستان کے جوہری پروگرام کے حوالے سے تحفظات کا اظہار کیا تھا۔

جنرل ضیا صدر ریگن کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے لکھتے ہیں کہ 'مجھے اس بات سے انتہائی تکلیف ہوئی کہ جب امریکی سفیر ورنن والٹر نے مجھ سے کہا کہ ایسی مصدقہ معلومات ہیں کہ پاکستان نے جوہری ہتھیار حاصل کرنے کے لیے اقدمات کیے ہیں اور اس سے دونوں ممالک کے تعلقات متاثر ہو سکتے ہیں۔'
'جنابِ صدر ایسی تمام معلومات سراسر غلط ہیں۔ میں آپ کو یقین دلاتا ہوں کہ نہ ہمارے پاس جوہری ہتھیار بنانے کا کوئی ڈیزائن یا طریقہ ہے اور نہ ہی ہم نے یہ معلومات کسی کو فراہم کی ہیں۔'

جنرل ضیا نے اس خط میں اپنے اس 'عزم' کا اظہار بھی کیا کہ پاکستان جوہری میدان میں کوئی ایسا قدم نہیں اٹھائے گا جس سے امریکہ کو شرمندگی اٹھانی پڑے۔5 جولائی 1982 کو لکھے گئے اس خط سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ صدر ضیا الحق نے کا خاص خیال رکھا تھا، بلکہ ہماری موجودہ حکومت تو امریکہ کے ساتھ ساتھ دشمن ملک بھارت کی شرمندگی کا خیال رکھتی ہے،

چاہے اس کے لئے اسے اپنی ناک کٹوانا پڑ جائے، آج ہم بھارت کے سامنے اتنے بےبس اور لاچار نظر آتے ہیں کہ اس کے دراندازی کرنے والے فوجی کو سرجھکا کر واپس کر دیتے ہیں، ان سے تو اتنا بھی نہیں ہوسکا کہ اس فوجی کی واپسی کے عوض ان دو پاکستانی بچوں کی واپسی کا مطالبہ کرلیتے جو بھارت پاکستانی سرحد سے پکڑ لے گیا ہے۔

*He abolished Alcohol completely from Army Messes and functions with strict directives and removed officers from services including Generals who were drinkers and kicked the butts of the drinkers hard. However General Musharraf brought Alcohol back to Army.
*He changed schools and universities syllabus introduced and made Islamic studies complusury.
*He kicked our all politicians and made his own Cabinet MAJLISS E SHuraa with handful of well reputed people who were characterful
*He started working on making Islamic joint Army when he got assaniated and this was probably the reason for his assaniation

zia did't need to open any bank account because his bank was in the basement of his house .....which general Baig recovered and later he used all that money to bribe the Punjabi politians for the only one reason .....to stop PPP..........
