گورنرپنجاب کااسپیکراسمبلی کونگران وزیراعلی کیلئے عمل آگےبڑھانےکیلئےمراسلہ

نگران وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کی تقرری کیلئے پرویزالہٰی اور حمزہ شہباز کے درمیان اتفاق نہیں ہوسکا، گورنر پنجاب بلیغ الرحمان کے ترجمان کے مطابق گورنر پنجاب نے اسپیکر صوبائی اسمبلی کو مراسلہ جاری کردیا ہے جس میں کہا گیا کہ اسپیکر آرٹیکل 224 اے 2 کے تحت آئینی عمل آگے بڑھائیں۔

اتفاق نہ ہونے پر اب معاملہ اسپیکر پنجاب اسمبلی کے پاس چلا گیا ہے جو حکومت اور اپوزيشن کے تین تین ارکان پر مشتمل کمیٹی بنائيں گے۔
اس کمیٹی کو حکومت اور اپوزيشن دو دو نام بھیجیں گے، کمیٹی کو تین دن میں کسی ایک نام پر اتفاق رائے کرنا ہے، ایسا نہ ہوا تو معاملہ الیکشن کمیشن کے پاس جائے گا جو ان میں سے کسی ایک کو نگران وزیراعلیٰ مقرر کردے گا۔

تحریک انصاف اور ق لیگ اتحاد نے ناصر کھوسہ، احمد نواز سکھیرا اور محمد نصیر خان کے نام نگران وزیراعلیٰ کے لیے تجویز کیے تھے۔ ناصر کھوسہ نے نگران وزیراعلیٰ بننے سے معذرت کرلی تھی۔

ن لیگ کی جانب سے نگران وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کیلئے وزیر اعظم شہباز شریف کے مشیر احد چیمہ اور محسن نقوی کےنام بھجوائےگئے تھے۔

If our election commission was efficient and honest enough, we do not have to bring such care taker set up.
No one knows what is the efficiency criteria for election commission? Who monitors its performance? What changes election commission has brought to hold free and fair elections? What is their performance?

We are still following British era election process with just minor showering.
In my company, if I not work good for month, they will fire me but election commissioning??
What objective election commission set for itself and how much they have achieved?

The accountability process for CEC, HC & SC judges, COAS together with Naval and Air Chiefs is flawed. As long as this process is not things will not change.
