Chutiya Insaan .I have said many time that it was recommended by Doctor and it is given to him on doctor's advise. The Jail manual doesn't say that the AC can't be provided to a patient on doctor's advise. I wonder your freaking pee brain had a hard time comprehending it. No wonder you ass lick a Cocaine addict even after watching what he has done to the country.
