One thing you accepted that IDPs are being neglected. Now please also accept the reality that IDPs are Federal Government's responsibility not the provincial government. Whatever efforts KPK government is doing for IDPs is only because they have arrived in KPK. If you still want to blame KPK government then why don't you also blame Punjab, Sindh and Blochistan provincial governments for ignoring them? Sindh and Punjab have bigger budget than KPK, were not their provincial governments supposed to at least donate as much money as KPK government allocated for the IDPs? Blaming others is one thing and facing the facts is another thing that we don't want to learn.
