I understand that every country need tax to run. but if a country know they can not produce electricity or there is enough but stolen by people. Then they can allow duty free solar panels to import for households and provide rest of the electricity to industry.
i think there are no people with brains in Pakistan to think about it.

Few years ago United nations in a report critisize countries who forbid their citizens in constitutions to produce electricity. Countries can't produce but still they forbid it to people by not allowing them to buy solar panels.

Buddy even if you have as little as a drop of faith that PPP will go down in history as the government who provided us electricity then you are so wrong. Look at what is happening to us NOW !!! People live in the NOW not the future or the past. 20 hours of loadshedding a day in some and 14 to 16 in some areas. COME ON. SC rendered all the power rental projects illegal. And the whole system at this time and don't forget PIA, RAILWAYS, WAPDA, SUI. PPP and it's devotees should run away because you know what ???? MAJORITY OF THE PAKISTANIS NOW CONSIDER PPP A COMMON ENEMY.
