کور کمانڈر ہاؤس حملہ آوروں کیخلاف فوجی عدالتوں میں کارروائی شروع

لاہور: 9 مئی کو کور کمانڈر ہاؤس پر حملہ کرنے والے شرپسندوں کے خلاف فوجی عدالتوں میں کارروائی شروع کردی گئی۔

انسداددہشت گردی عدالت لاہور نے عمران خان کی گرفتاری کے بعد پرتشدد واقعات میں ملوث 16 شرپسندوں کو فوج کے حوالے کرنے کا حکم دے دیا، جس کے بعد جناح ہاؤس (کور کمانڈر ہاؤس) لاہور پر حملہ کرنے والے شرپسندوں کے خلاف فوجی عدالتوں میں کارروائی شروع ہوگئی۔

جناح ہاؤس لاہور میں جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور توڑ پھوڑ کے مقدمے میں ملٹری ایکٹ کے تحت کارروائی کے لیے کمانڈنگ افسر نے 16 شرپسندوں کی حراست طلب کرلی ہے، جسے انسداددہشت گردی عدالت نے منظور کرتے ہوئے شرپسندوں کو فوج کے حوالے کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔

عدالت نے سابق رکن صوبائی اسمبلی میاں اکرم عثمان سمیت 16 ملزمان کو کمانڈنگ آفیسر کے حوالے کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ کمانڈر افسر کے مطابق ملزمان آفیشنل سیکرٹ ایکٹ کے سیکشن 3,7 اور 9 کے تحت قصور وار پائے گئے ہیں۔ عدالتی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ملزمان کے خلاف آرمی ایکٹ 1952ء کے تحت ٹرائل ہوسکتا ہے۔


عدالتی فیصلے کے مطابق پراسیکیوشن نے کمانڈر کی درخواست پر اعتراض نہیں کیا۔ عدالت نے حکم دیا کہ سپرٹینڈنٹ کیمپ جیل 16 ملزمان کو مزید کارروائی کے لیے کمانڈر افسر کے حوالے کردے ۔ ذرائع کے مطابق 16 ملزمان میں عمار ذوہیب، علی افتخار، علی رضا، محمد ارسلان، محمد عمیر، محمد رحیم، ضیا الرحمٰن، وقاص علی، ریئس احمد، فیصل ارشد، محمد بلال، فہیم حیدر، ارضم جنید، میاں محمد اکرم عثمان، محمد حاشر خان اور حسن شاکر شامل ہیں۔
