Nowhere courts have been closed but in many countries courts have curtailed their operations and limited the kind of trials to like bail, rights related cases. However Judges are in the courts everywhere since court is deemed as an essential service.
Pak may curtail trials in local courts as well but it cannot be continued for long due to the existing backlog and delays in the system. That would further cripple the system.
however Local courts may be shutdown if located in the middle of epicenter of epidemic.
