Respected member, COMPARATIVE Analysis, according to my frail understanding, requires comparison between two or more. I cannot see another income statement here to compare with it. Moreover, I am at a loss to understand that how an income statement reveals anything about the capital expenditures on such entities, done in the form of renovation etc. I don't know about you, but to make a financial comparative analysis, any credible financial analyst would require the Balance Sheets of the Two to make a relevant and worthwhile comparison.
Shall I take this opportunity to clarify that in our capacity as a moderator, we have a responsibility to ensure the credibility and relevance of the content to its context, objectively.
I hereby thank you for your kind reply and hope to see your further fruitful contribution at the forum.
