England is making plastic notes ...so that they can cut the cost of reprinting the money...and we are talking about expiry dates on the bill....how pathetic this idea is and I am pretty sure that student must belong to bonga party .....becouse this bonga anchor is.

This is an anti poor proposal. Poor people use the cash most and live in areas with less access to banks who can roll out such new bills at a regular basis. Furthermore, poor people will need this service more often than middle and upper class as even a couple of expired notes can set them back a lot as they have so little to begin with. It is also anti poor in the sense that they might not be able to cover their daily expenses as what little they have might be nearing expiry rendering them with basically no money to pay their expenses as they come up. So now the poor has to commute on his own dime on a regular basis (probably missing that day's earning) to exchange the money putting him in a far worse position.

This won’t help tackling corruption as people like sharifs and zardaris will take preemptive action to find a different way of chori...

My thoughts exactly!

Also imagine the cost of reprinting new notes.

He thinks the rich keep their money in notes. The rich keep their money in banks in fact they own the banks!
