You should not only think about Karachi but about whole South Sindh !!!
AND !!!!
Sindh should be divide with 26th parallel north , upper part Sindh-North and lower part Sindh-South.
And at least for next 3 years Sindh-South should be controlled directly from CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
And Why directly from CENTER ?
Because other political parties ( like MQM and PPPP ) failed actually several times they failed !!!

Karachi give vote to pti and ppp taking revenge because of it and people asking federal to takeover karachi and for Sindh they are in curse from Allah until they think Bhutto is alive anyway let's see what they do...

In the presence of 18th amendment, federal government has no solution for Karachi. Even Governor rule is not an option because, as per 18th amendment, Governor rule has to be endorsed by relevant provincial assembly within 120 days of its imposition. Otherwise, it will become void after 120 days.
When PPP, ANP, and Balochistan parties were working minutely on the drafting of 18th amendment, GHQ was sleeping while PMLN was focused entirely on removing the ban on 3rd time PM ship ( so that NS could become PM again).

Ideally our big brother Punjab should start decentralised policy by making at least 5-7 admin provinces in Punjab that will compel others to follow like KPK 3-5 , Baluchistan 2-4 and Sindh 3-6 .
