But I see it the other way.in last 65 years Pak Armed Forces ve truley utilised all provided funds and had equipped themselves with what all the asked for.But in all other departments the money was eaten away by corrupt ppl. PIA under ACM Noor Khan turned out to be one of the world's prestigious airliners, PIA trained Emirates, Qatar Airways etc airliners and look at its own condition now.Pakistan Shipping yard used to train Chinese to build ships and now we need their assistance to do so.i think the Myth tat Pak Armed Forces eat away 80 % of the Budget has been blown off.CORRECTION PLZ ITS 18 % ONLY.now its my time to ask WHERE THE HELL REST OF 88 % MONEY GOT LOST.KAUN KHA GAYA ISAY? Name one department who was not issued with the required funds, but i can tell U a thousand departments whose issued money was eaten away by the ppl and not used for the intended purpose.
