سپریم کورٹ میں سرکاری اسپتالوں میں سہولیات کی عدم فراہمی اور بے ضابطگی کے کیس کی سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے عمران خان کے کزن نوشیروان برکی پر تنقید کی ہے ۔
چیف جسٹس کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بنچ نے سماعت کی تو خیبر پختونخوا کے اسپتالوں کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کے ممبر پیش ہوئے ۔ چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ پختونخوا میں اسپتالوں کی حالت ابتر ہے، عمران خان کے کزن برکی ذمہ دار ہیں۔ چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ اسپتالوں کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز نے عدالتی حکم عدولی کی، ایبٹ آباد کمپلیکس کے آپریشن تھیٹر میں چائے کی کیتلی پڑی تھی، پشاور کا ٹراما سینٹر غیر فعال تھا ۔
بورڈ نے بہتری کی پوری کوشش کی، ممبر بورڈ فیصل سلطان

Sad state of affairs , largely though services and facilities are a lot better than they were 5 years ago. At least no woman has to deliver her baby in hospital corridor or in the bushes nearby , no patients have to share beds with otjer patients so in comparison with the so called developed province its better.

CJ needs to clean the skeletons from his own closet. How many corrupt judges that work under him?

How many hundreds of thousands cases unsolved for decades?

Hell, the court system can't even give justice on simple disputes of a will yet they want everyone to "stand under" their jurisdiction.

Apparently, Imran Khan has a magic wand which he can wave and magically solve 60+ years of corruption by vultures and traitors. Some of these aforementioned creatures have and still belong to the judiciary.
