پاکستان فیٹف گرے لسٹ سے نکلنے کے قریب،درجہ بندی اپ گریڈ

فیٹف کی گرے لسٹ کے معاملے پر پاکستان کی درجہ بندی میں اہم پیشرفت سامنے آئی ہے،

فیٹف کے ذیلی ادارے ایشیا پیسیفک گروپ نے پاکستان کی درجہ بندی کو اپ گریڈ کردیا، جسے پاکستان کیلئے بڑی اہم پیشرفت قرار دیا جارہا ہے۔

اے پی جی نے پاکستان کی جانب سے ایف اے ٹی ایف ایکشن پلان پر عملدرآمد سے متعلق چوتھی تکنیکی تعمیل کی رپورٹ جاری کردی، ایشیا پیسیفک گروپ نے جولائی 2022 کی رپورٹ میں پاکستان کی درجہ بندی کو اپ گریڈ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مجموعی طور پر پاکستان کی اچھی پیش رفت سامنے آئی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ اس اہم پیش رفت سے پاکستان پابندیوں کی گرے لسٹ سے نکلنے کے قریب پہنچ رہا ہے، تاہم پاکستان کو گرے لسٹ سے نکالنے کا حتمی فیصلہ اکتوبر میں آن سائٹ وزٹ اور تصدیق کے بعد ہوگا۔

رواں سال جون میں فیٹف کے صدر ڈاکٹر ماکوس پلیئر نے اعلان کیا تھا کہ پاکستان نے اصلاحات کو نافذ کیا ہے اور اگر پاکستان آن سائٹ وزٹ کا مرحلہ کامیابی سے عبور کر لیتا ہے تو اسے گرے لسٹ سے نکال دیا جائے گا۔

ڈاکٹر مارکوس پلیئر کا کہنا تھا کہ فیٹف ٹیم کے دورے کے دوران پاکستان کو اس بات کو یقینی بنانا ہوگا کہ وہ ثابت کرے کہ اس نے منی لانڈرنگ اور دہشت گرد گروپوں کی فنڈنگ سے موثر طریقے سے نمٹ لیا ہے۔

پاکستان ایف اے ٹی ایف کی 40 میں سے 38 شرائط پر عمل کرچکا ہے، جن میں 9 شرائط پر مکمل، 29 پر بڑے پیمانے پر اور دو شرائط پر جزوی طور پر عملدرآمد کیا جارہا ہے۔

NS govt put us in the grey list...and thanks to our glorious past of corrupt convicted rulers (Benazir, Nawaz, Zardari, Shahbaz....) they subjected us to extra scrutiny.
PTI cleared up the crap left behind by NS and Zardari. Hats off to Hammad Azhar. If Pakistan is close to exiting the list, its because of PTI....
