Don't Remember the Name and Place right now, but it's somewhere in Pakistan where Anyone can eat for around 2 Pakistani Rupees. Note that Indian 5 Rupees is equal to 10 Pakistani Rupees. So by that comparison you can Eat 5 times in Pakistan in same price shown in this video.

And Of course these prices are only symbolic and they don't even cover the cost of the meal.

My point is that whoever does, keep doing it. More or less Cost is not the topic. Intentions are the real one. This gentleman is also providing low cost medicine and wedding suites for only 10 Rupees.
