Technology is itself not good or bad, it is the use of technology which makes it good or bad. I disagree with Oriya Maqbool that learning technology is no good thing, it is absolute requirement of today and hadees is ilm hazil kerna her muslim per fard ha.. technology is the best knowledge of this time but must be used for good.

you will see in a year or two inshalah how Allah gives izzat and glory to taliban because of their uncompromising stand
on their islamic principles.and at same time do check where our nation will stand with all its "technology" and weapons....so why did with nuclear weapons we are humilated but torn shoes and old clothes wearing taliban have become heroes world wide..there is a big lesson to be learnt from this.but only those will learn this lesson who have some iman.without iman you are as blind as a bat ,you cant see.
