اسلام آباد: اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے 6 ججز کے خط والے معاملے پر چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ سے وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کی سپریم کورٹ میں ملاقات ہوئی۔

چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اور وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کے درمیان ملاقات ایک گھنٹہ 20 منٹ تک جاری رہی، ملاقات کے بعد وزیراعظم سپریم کورٹ سے روانہ ہوگئے۔

چیف جسٹس نے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے ججز کی طرف سے لکھے گئے خط کے حوالے سے وزیراعظم شہباز شریف سے ملاقات کے لیے پیغام بھجوایا تھا۔

ملاقات میں وزیراعظم کے ہمراہ وزیر قانون اعظم نذیر تارڑ اور اٹارنی جنرل منصور اعوان بھی شامل تھے۔ سپریم کورٹ کے سینیئر ترین جج جسٹس منصورعلی شاہ بھی ملاقات میں موجود تھے۔

وزیراعظم شہباز شریف سے ملاقات کے بعد چیف جسٹس پاکستان نے سپریم کورٹ میں فل کورٹ اجلاس طلب کرلیا جو کچھ دیر بعد شروع ہوگا۔

خیال رہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے 6 ججز کے خط کے معاملے پر گزشتہ روز چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی زیر صدارت سپریم کورٹ کا فل کورٹ اجلاس ہوا تھا۔

اجلاس میں اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے ججز کے خط پر غور کیا گیا اور ججز کے خط کی آئینی و قانونی حیثیت کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔​
