وزیراعظم عمران خان کی ہدایت پر 15 معاونین خصوصی و مشیروں کے اثاثوں کی تفصیلات جاری کردی گئیں۔

اے آر وائی نیوز کو موصول ہونے والی تفصیلات کے مطابق 15 معاونینِ خصوصی اور مشیروں میں سے 5 دہری شہریت اور دو گرین کارڈ ہولڈر ہیں۔

کون کس ملک کی شہریت رکھتا ہے؟

معاون خصوصی برائے سمندر پار پاکستانی زلفی بخاری مستقل برطانوی شہریت رکھتے ہیں، معاونِ خصوصی برائے پارلیمانی تعاون ندیم افضل چن کینیڈا، معاونِ خصوصی برائے پاور ڈویژن شہزاد قاسم اور معاونِ خصوصی برائے پیٹرولیم ندیم بابر امریکی شہریت رکھتے ہیں جبکہ معاون خصوصی برائے ڈیجیٹل پاکستان تانیہ ایدروس پاکستان کے علاوہ کینیڈا اور سنگاپور کی شہریت رکھتی ہیں۔

اسی طرح معاونِ خصوصی برائے نیشنل سکیورٹی ڈویژن معیدیوسف اور شہبازگل امریکا کے گرین کارڈ ہولڈر ہیں۔

اثاثوں کی تفصیلات

زلفی بخاری (معاونِ خصوصی برائے سمندر پار پاکستانی)

وزیر اعظم کے معاونِ خصوصی برائے سمندر پار پاکستانی زلفی بخاری کے پاکستان میں اثاثے نہیں البتہ لندن میں وہ کروڑوں روپے مالیت کے اثاثوں کے مالک ہیں۔

زلفی بخاری کووالدنے2006اور2007میں دو زمینیں تحفےمیں دیں، انہیں اٹک میں 1210 کنال اور 91 کنال سے زائد رقبے کی زمینیں تحفے میں ملیں جبکہ ورثے میں ننھیال کی طرف سے اسلام آباد میں پلاٹ بھی ملے۔ 2014میں ننھیال سے مزیدچار پلاٹ ملے۔

شہباز گل (معاون خصوصی برائے سیاسی ابلاغ / ثانیہ نشتر (معاون خصوصی برائے سماجی تحفظ اور احساس پروگرام)

معاونِ خصوصی شہباز گل کے مجموعی اثاثوں کی مالیت 15 کروڑ روپے ہے، اسی طرح ثانیہ نشتر پانچ لاکھ روپے مالیت کے سونے، ایک گاڑی کی مالک ہیں جبکہ اُن کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں ساڑھے 6 لاکھ روپے موجود ہیں اور وہ 23 لاکھ روپے کی مقروض بھی ہیں۔

شہزاد اکبر (معاون خصوصی برائے احتساب)

معاونِ خصوصی برائے احتساب شہزاد اکبر کے نام پر 65لاکھ اور اہلیہ کےنام پر13لاکھ روپے مالیت کی جائیداد ہے، اُن کے پاس ساڑھے چار کروڑ روپے اور اہلیہ کے نام پر 70 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی منقولہ جائیداد موجود ہے۔

شہزاد قاسم (معاون خصوصی پاور ڈویژن)

شہزادقاسم کے پاس لاہورمیں60لاکھ مالیت کےتین پلاٹ موجود ہیں جبکہ وہ گوادر میں 35لاکھ روپے مالیت کے پلاٹ کے مالک ہیں، علاوہ ازیں امریکا اور متحدہ عرب امارات میں اُن کی مجموعی طور پر 6 جائیدادیں ہیں، اُس کے پاس مختلف بینکس میں 4 کروڑ روپے کیش کی صورت میں موجود ہیں۔

علی نواز اعوان (معاونِ خصوصی برائے کیپٹل ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی)

علی نوازاعوان کی اسلام آباد میں 3 کروڑ 71 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی جائیدادیں ہیں جبکہ وہ ایک کروڑ 31 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی غیر منقولہ جائیداد کے مالک بھی ہیں، اُن کے پاس 75 تولہ سونا بھی موجود ہیں۔

عثمان ڈار ( معاونِ خصوصی برائے امورِ نوجوانان)

عثمان ڈار کے بینک اکاؤنٹس میں7لاکھ11ہزارروپے اور تین کروڑ 43 لاکھ روپے کی رقم نقد کی صورت میں موجود ہے، وہ 67 لاکھ روپے مالیت کے کاروبار کے مالک ہیں جبکہ انہوں نے دو کروڑ سے زائد کی سرمایہ کاری بھی کی ہوئی ہے۔ عثمان ڈار کو مری میں چالیس کنال اور سیالکوٹ میں دو کنال کا گھر ورثے میں ملا۔

ندیم افضل چن ( ترجمان وزیراعظم اور معاونِ خصوصی برائے پارلیمانی تعاون)

ندیم افضل چن 69 لاکھ 84 ہزار روپے مالیت کی زرعی جائیداد کے مالک ہیں جبکہ اُن کی ملکیت میں 94 لاکھ روپے مالیت کے تین پلاٹ اور 57 لاکھ روپے کی غیر منقولہ جائیداد بھی آتی ہے۔

شہزاد ارباب (معاونِ خصوصی برائے اسٹیبشلمنٹ)

اسی طرح شہزاد ارباب 10 کروڑ روپے مالیت کے اثاثوں کے مالک ہیں، اُن کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں 57 لاکھ روپے موجود ہیں۔

ندیم بابر (معاونِ خصوصی برائے پیٹرولیم ڈویژن)

ندیم بابرکے پاس پاکستان میں 12 کروڑ 97 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی جائیدادیں ہیں جبکہ وہ امریکا میں 3 کروڑ 10 لاکھ روپے کے مکان کے مالک بھی ہیں، علاوہ ازیں مختلف کاروبار کی مالیت 2 ارب 15 کروڑ روپے ہے۔ ندیم بابر کے پاکستان سے باہر کاروبار کے اثاثوں کی مالیت 13 کروڑ 77 لاکھ کے قریب بنتی ہے، وہ 36 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی دو گاڑیوں کے مالک ہیں، اُن کے پاس تین لاکھ روپے نقد اور 9 لاکھ روپے کے پرائز بانڈ موجود ہیں علاوہ ازیں بینک اکاؤنٹس میں 16 کروڑ 60 لاکھ روپے موجود ہیں۔

عبدالحفیظ شیخ (مشیر خزانہ)

جاری کردہ تفصیلات کے مطابق مشیر خزانہ عبدالحفیظ شیخ غیر ملکی شہریت نہیں رکھتے، اُن کے اثاثوں کی مالیت 29 کروڑ 70 لاکھ روپے ہے جبکہ وہ 29 کروڑ روپے کے مقروض ہیں۔

عبدالرزاق داؤد (مشیر تجارت)

عبدالرزاق داوّد کے اثاثوں کی مالیت ایک ارب 75 کروڑ 68 لاکھ جبکہ ملک امین اسلم کے اثاثوں کی مالیت ایک کروڑ چالیس لاکھ 48 ہزار روپے ہے۔

تانیہ ایدروس (معاون خصوصی برائے ڈیجیٹل پاکستان)

تانیہ ایدروس امریکا، برطانیہ،سنگاپور میں 45کروڑ 26 لاکھ روپے مالیت کےمکانات کی مالک ہیں جبکہ انہوں نے بیرونِ ملک میں ایک کروڑ 25 لاکھ روپے کی سرمایہ کاری کی۔ تانیہ ایدروس نے 95 ہزار 789 ڈالر پاکستان منتقل کیے اور گاڑی خریدنے سمیت دیگر اخراجات کے لیے رقم بھی منگوائی۔ انہوں نے 82لاکھ روپے مالیت کی کی گاڑی خریدی، جبکہ اُن کے پاس 50 تولہ سونے موجود ہیں، تانیہ ایدروس پاکستان میں کسی بھی غیر منقولہ جائیداد کی مالک نہیں ہیں​

Minister for Information Shibli Faraz Saturday night said that asset details and other nationalities of all the special assistants and advisers to Prime Minister Imran Khan are now available for public viewing.

He said that the details have been shared on the Cabinet Division website as instructed by the prime minister.


The following is a break down of the major assets held by the special assistants and advisers of the prime minister, along with other nationalities, if any.

Special Assistants
Sania Nishtar
The Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Sania Nishtar does not have a dual nationality, according to the documents.

Nishtar, along with her husband, have a total bank balance of Rs14.8 million. The only car, a Honda Civic (2014) is in the name of Nishtar's husband.

Nishtar owns jewelry worth Rs500,000 and has inherited property of 9.6 marlas in Peshawar.

Nadeem Babar
Nadeem Babar is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Petroleum Division with the status of Minister of State.

He owns assets worth Rs2.184 billion, including multiple properties in Pakistan as well as foreign destinations. Babar has stakes in over two dozen companies in companies based out of Pakistan.

Usman Dar
Muhammad Usman Dar is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs.

He has cash in hand and at bank worth Rs35.06 million, his investment in shares is worth Rs20.17 million, and his business capital stands at Rs6.68 million.

Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa
Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa is Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information & Broadcasting, in an honorary capacity.

His immovable property is worth Rs151.433 million — two in Islamabad, two in Karachi, two in Lahore and one each in Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalpur.

Shares worth Rs3,100,000 have been bought in his wife's name.

The documents have listed one car, the Toyota ZX 2016, worth Rs3 million.

Two bank accounts in Islamabad have Rs291,000 and Rs1,239, respectively. Lt Gen Bajwa also has a foreign currency account in Rawalpindi containing $4,149.

Tania Aidrus
Tania Aidrus is Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Digital Pakistan.

Aidrus has four immovable properties held outside Pakistan — two in the US and one each in the UK and Singapore — which when converted to Pakistani rupees, have a value of Rs452.69 million. The properties in Singapore and US are under mortgage.

The premier's aide has no property within Pakistan.

She has an investment in a venture capital worth Rs12.51 million and has declared remittances from foreign account to Pakistan worth $95,790.

Aidrus has a bank balance in various accounts both in Pakistan and abroad worth Rs34.39 million, whereas her husband has cash in bank worth Rs9.29 million in foreign accounts.

She owns a car, Toyota Fortuner, and jewelry worth Rs5 million, the documents revealed.

Moeed Yusuf
Dr Moeed Yusuf is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Security Division and Strategic Policy Planning with the status of Minister of State.

Documents showed that Dr Yusuf has total assets worth Rs113.76 million.

He has land worth Rs25.6 million and stocks worth more than Rs600,000.

Dr Yusuf owns two cars, an Audi A3 worth Rs4.22 million and a Morris Car which was gifted, bringing the total valuation of the vehicles to Rs8.54 million.

He has Rs1.03 million cash in hand and Rs73.26 million at the bank.

Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh
Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh who is the Adviser on Finance and Revenue with the status of Federal Minister, has agricultural land worth Rs20 million and his wife has a house in Dubai worth Rs130 million.

He has transferred $36,000 (roughly Rs6 million) from a foreign account to a bank account here in Pakistan.

Dr Shaikh has a total bank balance of Rs135 million in both Pakistani and foreign accounts.

According to the documents, he has a Mercedes E-Class worth Rs5 million.

Dr Ishrat Hussain
Dr Ishrat Hussain is the Adviser on Institutional Reforms and Austerity with the status of Federal Minister.

Dr Hussain owns a residence worth Rs45 million and a plot worth Rs11 million in the name of his wife, both in Karachi. He also owns three properties in the US worth $800,000, $625,000 and $715,000.

He has stocks worth Rs32 million and has invested in national saving schemes worth Rs8 million.

The special adviser has a 2019 Toyota Corolla worth Rs2.3 million and gold and diamond jewelry worth Rs29.7 million.

His cash at bank in Pakistan totals Rs3.2 million and abroad totals $348,000.

Dr Abdul Razzak Dawood is the Adviser on Commerce and Investment with the status of Federal Minister.

Owns Rs30.45 million in agricultural land

Owned shares = Rs521.30 million

Investments = Rs29.38 million in Defence Savings Certificate and Rs275 million in mutual funds.

Bank balance = Rs5.58 million in Pakistan, and 27,011 pounds and $1,310 dollars in foreign banks.
