very valid question. Both have money and connections abroad so deal cant be the reason. I believe there are 3 reasons why both are treated differently
1) case against zardai is weak because before benami act, all benami accounts were legal. On the other hand nawaz has done money laundering which is a crime and has always been so.
2) Nawaz sharif was born with a golden spoon and has enjoyed luxurious life throughout. He cannot survive jail even though it is a luxury jail but still not a palace like nawaz is used to living. Zardari is street smart and has survived jail once before.
3) nawaz is punjabi while zardari is sindhi. Since both are held in punjab, the bureaucracy is loyal to nawaz but not to zardari. If zardari was held in Sindh, he too would get similar relief.

I firmly believe both Nawaz and Zardari are steeped in corruption.However Nawaz has always managed to get preferential treatment from courts.Zardari has been treated unfairly in comparison to Nawaz.PPP has a valid point . Zaradri should also have access to private doctors.A medical board should be set to ascertain the state of Zardari's health.If he is seriously ill then he should also have an option to get medical treatment abroad.

Apparently Zero rupee return.
Right now its seems NS will go abroad and will not return till Niazi govt tenure is completed or elections announced whichever seems earlier.
Maryum will stay back as a guarantee, as NS is prone to break deals.
Maryum wil stay silent and wont roar in jalasas like before.
PMLN will stay away from Fazlu dharna
New Leadership will emerge from PMLN as NS and maryum are unaaceptable to GHQ.
