نماز مغرب سے پہلے دو رکعتیں پڑھنا؟

س:مغرب کی اذان کے بعد باجماعت نماز سے پہلے بعض مساجد میں دو رکعتوں کا بعض لوگ اہتمام کرتے ہیں، کیا یہ عمل رسول اللہpbuh کی سنت سے ثابت ہے یا بدعت ہے؟ دلیل سے واضح فرمائیں۔
جواب:مغرب کی اذان کے بعد جماعت سے پہلے دو رکعتیں پڑھنا مسنون ہیں بلکہ رسول اللہpbuh نے ان دو رکعتوں کی بڑی تاکید فرمائی ہے اور آپpbuh کے دور میں صحابہ اس کا بہت زیادہ اہتمام کرتے تھے اس کے دلائل میں سے چند ایک یہ ہیں:
1عبد اللہ المزنی کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا مغرب سے پہلے دو رکعت نماز پڑھو۔ تیسری بار فرمایا جو چاہے۔ (ابو داود کتاب الصلوة باب الصلوٰة قبل المغرب ح:1281) کہیں لوگ اس کو فرض نہ سمجھ لیں (بخاری کتاب التہجد باب الصلوٰة قبل المغرب ح: 1183)
2مرثد بن عبد اللہ المزنی بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آیا میں نے کہا کیا میں آپ کو ابو تمیم سے عجیب چیز نہ دکھاوںوہ مغرب کی نماز سے پہلے دو ر کعتیں پڑھتا ہے، عقبہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے زمانہ میں پڑھاکرتے تھے، میں نے کہا ان سے آپ کو کس چیز نے روکا ہے؟ انہو ں نے کہا مصروفیت نے (بخاری ،کتاب التہجد، باب الصلوٰة قبل المغرب، ح : 1184)
3انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم مدینہ میں تھے جب موذن مغر ب کی اذان کہہ دیتا تو لوگ ستونوں کی طرف تیزی سے بڑھتے اور دورکعتیں پڑھتے حتیٰ کہ کوئی اجنبی آدمی مسجد میں داخل ہوتا تو وہ لوگوں کو کثرت سے نوافل پڑھتے دیکھ کر سمجھتا کہ جماعت ہو چکی ہے (مسلم ، کتاب الصلوٰة المسافرین، باب استحباب رکعتین قبل صلوة المغرب ،ح:837)
ان احادیث سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ مغرب کی اذان کے بعد اور جماعت سے پہلے دو رکعتیں پڑھنا مسنون ہیں۔ نبی pbuh نے پڑھنے کا حکم دیا اور صحابہؓ کثرت سے یہ دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے۔ لیکن انتہائی افسوس کہ ہماری مساجد میں اس سنت کو بالکل ترک کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ایسی واضح اور ثابت شدہ تاکیدی سنت کو بدعت سمجھنا جہالت کی کھلی دلیل ہے۔

These 2 rakat before farz are not proven according to fiqh Hanafi. In fact you won't find this tradition in Pakistan because there is not enough time between azaan and iqamat here.
But in GCC countries where there is some time between azaan and iqamat, you can pray it and there is no harm.

These 2 rakat before farz are not proven according to fiqh Hanafi. In fact you won't find this tradition in Pakistan because there is not enough time between azaan and iqamat here.
But in GCC countries where there is some time between azaan and iqamat, you can pray it and there is no harm.

تم پر مردار اور لہو اور سور کا گوشت حرام کیا گیا ہے اور وہ جانور جس پر الله کے سوا کسی اور کا نام پکارا جائے جو گلا گھوٹ کر یا چوٹ سے یا بلندی سے گر کر یا سینگ مارنے سے مر گیا ہو اور وہ جسے کسی درندے نے پھاڑ ڈالا ہو مگر جسے تم نے ذبح کر لیا ہو اور وہ جو کسی تھان پر ذبح کیا جائے اور یہ کہ جوئے کے تیروں سے تقسیم کرو یہ سب گناہ ہیں آج تمہارے دین سے کافر نا امید ہو گئے سو ان سے نہ ڈرو اور مجھ سے ڈرو آج میں تمہارے لیے تمہارا دین پورا کر چکا اور میں نے تم پر اپنا احسان پورا کر دیا اور میں نے تمہارے واسطے اسلام ہی کو دین پسند کیا ہے پھر جو کوئی بھوک سے بیتاب ہو جائے لیکن گناہ پر مائل نہ ہو تو الله معاف کرنے والا مہربان ہے

A Muslims aim is to follow the truth that is in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah. The madhhabs of fiqh are only a means of reaching ahkaam (rules) based on the Quraan and Sunnah, they are not Quraan and Sunnah.
