انھین قتل کردو چاہے، انھین علاف کعبہ سے لپتا ہوا پاو۔ یہ حکم رسول ص تھا اس گستاخ کے لئے جسے دنیا ابن خطل کے نام سے جانتی ہے۔

ابن خطل غلاف کعبہ سے چمٹا ہوا تھا۔ صحابی رسول ص چانچہ ابو برزہ رض گئے اور وہیں پر اس کا پیٹ چاک کردیا۔ دو گانے والیاں جو اس کا ہجویانہ کلام گایا کرتی تھیں، ان کو قتل کرنے کا حکم نبی ص نے جاری کیا تھا، جس میں سے ایک قتل کردی گئی تھی اور دوسری نے اسلام قبول کرلیا تھا۔

گستاخ رسول ص کے قتل کا حکم آپ نے دئا تھا اور صحابہ نے اس کو جا کر قتل کردیا تھا، جبکہ وہ ذمی تھا۔

آج کچھ لوگ اس کوشش میں ہے کہ ناموس رسالت کے گستاخ کو سزا دینے والا قانون منسوخ کردیا جائے۔ لادین اور لبرل عناصر شاتم رسول کو کھلی چھوٹ دینا چاہتے ہیں۔ جبکہ تمام علماء کا اس پر اجماع ہے کہ شاتم رسول مرتد ہوجاتا ہے۔

توہین رسالت کی سزا کے جو واقعات بالعموم نقل کیے جاتے ہیں، اُن کی حقیقت بھی سمجھ لینی چاہیے۔ ابو رافع اُن لوگوں میں سے تھا جو غزوۂ خندق میں قبائل کو مدینہ پر چڑھا لانے کے مجرم تھے۔ ابن اسحاق کے الفاظ میں ، ’فیمن حزب الاحزاب علی رسول اللّٰہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم‘۔کعب بن اشرف کے بارے میں مؤرخین نے لکھا ہے کہ غزوۂ بدر کے بعد اُس نے مکہ جا کر قریش کے مقتولین کے مرثیے کہے جن میں انتقام کی ترغیب تھی ، مسلمان عورتوں کا نام لے کر تشبیب لکھی اور مسلمانوں کو اذیت پہنچائی، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی حکومت میں رہتے ہوئے آپ کے خلاف لوگوں کو بر انگیختہ کرنے کی کوشش کی، یہاں تک کہ بعض روایتوں کے مطابق آپ کو دھوکے سے قتل کر دینا چاہا۔ عبداللہ بن خطل کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زکوٰۃ کی تحصیل کے لیے بھیجا۔ اُس کے ساتھ ایک انصاری اور ایک مسلمان خادم بھی تھا۔ راستے میں حکم عدولی پر اُس نے خادم کو قتل کر دیا اور مرتد ہو کر مکہ بھاگ گیا*۔ پھر یہی نہیں، یہ تینوں خدا کے رسول کی طرف سے اتمام حجت کے باوجود آپ کی تکذیب پر مصر رہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنا یہ قانون قرآن میں جگہ جگہ بیان فرمایا ہے کہ رسولوں کے براہ راست مخاطبین عذاب کی زد میں ہوتے ہیں۔ چنانچہ معاندت پر اتر آئیں تو قتل بھی کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
اِس سے واضح ہے کہ یہ محض توہین کے مجرم نہیں تھے، بلکہ اِن سب جرائم کے مرتکب بھی ہوئے تھے۔ لہٰذا اِنھی کی پاداش میں قتل کیے گئے۔ عبداللہ بن خطل ایک خونی مجرم تھا۔ اُس کے بارے میں اِسی بنا پر حکم دیا گیا کہ کعبے کے پردوں میں بھی چھپا ہوا ہو تو اُسے قتل کر دیا جائے۔

کیا نبی کریم صلی اللہ علی وسلم نے یہ حکم بعد از تحقیق کے فرمایا تھا یا سنی سنی سنائی بات پر ؟؟ صحابہ کرام رضی الله عنہم نے فیصلے کے بعد قتل کیا فیصلے سے پہلے نہیں ، پھر دوسری باندی جس نے توبہ کی اور اسلام قبول کیا اسے بخش دیا گیا ، مسئلہ قانون کا نہیں ہے اس پر عملدرآمد کا ہے ، شاتم رسول کو سزائے موت درست مگر کیا کسی پر صرف الزام لگے تو بغیر تحقیق کے اسے قتل کرنا جائز ہے ؟؟ - ایک شخص جو کسی پر الزام لگاتا ہے کہ اسنے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علی وسلم کے بارے میں یہ یہ کہا جبکہ حقیقت میں ایسا نہیں ہوتا تو شاتم رسول کون ہوا ؟؟

کسی بھی مسلمان کے لیے اپنے پیارے نبی سے بڑھکر دنیا میں کوئ شے مقدم نہیں ہوسکتی او نہ ہی کوئ عاشق رسول کبھی ان کی بے ادبی کے بارے میں دل میں کوئ خیال ہی لا سکتا ہے ۔ نبی کا احترام کرنے کا سب سے بہترین طریقہ ان کے احکامات پر عمل کرنا ہے ۔

جو کچھ پاکستان میں ہو رھا ہےا سے کسی بھی طرح احکام نبی قرار نہیں دیا جاسکتا بلکہ ذاتی مفادات کے تحت ایک مروجہ قانون کا استعمال کرکےنہ صرف نبی کی تعلیمات سے بغاوت کی جارھی ہے بلکہ اس قانون کے ناقدین کو اس بات کا موقع فراھم کیا جارھا ہے کہ وہ اس قانون کو بدلنے کے لیے دباؤ استعمال کر سکیں ۔

اور جہاں تک پاکستان میں قانون کے صحیح استعمال کی تاریخ کا تعلق ہے اس سلسلے میں کچھ نہ ہی کہا جاۓ تو بہتر ہے ، صرف یہ قانون ہی کیا، اس ملک میں تو ھر قانون کا نفاذ صرف طاقتوروں کے حق میں اور کمزوروں کے خلاف ہی ہوتے دیکھا ہے ورنہ آج یہ بڑے بڑے مگر مچھ اس طرح پاکستان کے اندر اور باھر دندناتے ہوۓ نہ پھرتے ۔

The issue of blasphemy is not a new phenomenon. The instances of blasphemy are foundthroughout recorded human history. The Holy Quran, for example, points out very clearly that allthe prophets and messengers of God were persecuted, harmed, abused and mocked, not onlyduring their life time but also after their demise.

Alas for My servants! There comes not aMessenger to them but they mock at him. (36:31)

Then We sent Our Messengers one afteranother. Every time there came to a people their Messenger, they treated him as a liar. (23:45)

Noah, Abraham, Lot, Saleh, Shuaib, Moses and Jesus, peace be on them all, just to name a few,were all mocked and blasphemed by their enemies and opponents.

Questions naturally arise: How did Prophets react to blasphemy? Did they ever punish theblasphemers? What was the end of those mockers and blasphemers?The Holy Quran clearly speaks about the treatment of those mockers and enemies of Godsprophets;

And surely, Messengers have been mocked at before thee; but I granted respite tothose who disbelieved. Then I seized them, and how was then My punishment! (13:23)

And Messengers indeed have been rejected before thee; but notwithstanding their rejection andpersecution they remained patient until Our help came to them. There is none that can changethe words of Allah. (6:35)

These verses make it abundantly clear and manifest that all the messengers observed extremepatience whenever they were blasphemed and they never tried to punish or respond to thoseblasphemers violently. All those mockers, blasphemers and enemies faced deadly consequences.Another common element in their stories is that all the enemies were punished by God, and thisis one supreme reality that can never change; There is none that can change the words ofAllah (6:35).

The Holy Quran states:Verily, those who malign Allah and His Messenger Allah has cursed them in this world andin the Hereafter, and has prepared for them an abasing punishment. And those who malignbelieving men and believing women for what they have not earned shall bear the guilt of acalumny and a manifest sin. (33:58-59)


Now give me one example from Quran where its mentioned kill the person who commit Blasphemy ? read the verses in red again and again and open your mind .
