CJ is responsible... Who deliberately has given this decision at the time when govt. is not so strong....

Providing justice is CJ duty and providing security to people is government duty
CJ is performing his duty despite threats while Government even did not try to protect people because of threats or for saving it's ass
He has given controversial decision at wrong time.. This case was pending from the last many years... CJ other decisions against PTI are part of it...
He is not fulfilling his duty, just closing cases against PML-N like Hudabiya case... Rest of the cases are just topi drama like Iftikhar Ch....

He has also not opened a lot of cases against PTI that's why Tareen is not behind bars
There is no right or wrong time for providing justice
Shukar Karo CJ ne decision abhi suna diya abhi PTI ki nai nai government hai abhi logon ko kuch umeden hain. 2 saal baad sunata tu PTI ki wo durgat banti ky app logon ko kuch samaj hi na ata

I think you forgot Iftikhar Ch.... How he was manipulating the cases. He is part2 of Iftikhar Ch.

To me PTI seems to be the part 2 of PML N and PPP. After all, all MNAs and MPAs are from same lot

You must accept jitna kuch is CJ ky door mein hoya hai. Atna kuch kabhi kisi CJ ne kerny hi himat nahi ki
And remember CJ Sab Sahi nahi Ker sakta Aur na yeh usky Bas ki baat hai

Sometimes I wonder why some PTI supporters say that this CJ is anti-PTI. I honestly haven't felt that way so far. I always thought he was bit pro-PTI if anything. Either way, he has given decisions for and against PTI the same way he has done with PMLN. When he declared IK Sadiq and Ameen then PTI supporters praised him a lot.
As far Aasia's case is, the crazy nuts mullahs were gonna react the same way regardless of the timing of the decision. It's better it happened early in govt's honey moon period as people are not very judgmental yet.
Remember not everyone who criticises u or stops u from doing something is your enemy. He/She may be doing so for ur own good.

Case mukamal kerna Supreme Court ki zimadari nahi bulky trial courts ki zimydari hai. CJ always send cases to trial courts
Hanif Abbasi Jail mein hai
Nawaz Aqamy pe na Ahel hoya hai

It is courts job to do justice and it’s govt’s job to stand by the institutions. Put the blame where it belongs!
Sharjeel Memon case pending, ShahRukh Jatoi case pending, Malik Riaz case pending, Hudaibiya case cancelled, Dr. asim case pending, Iftikhar Ch. son case pending, Iftikhar Ch. son in law case pending, and many more.

PTI ne abhi tak bharkon ky alawa kia kiya hai.
CJ cannot disqualify Nawaz on corruption unless proper trial by trial court . Ager CJ chata tu trial court kabhi bhi Haneef Abbasi ko saza na deti. CJ courage to bring powerful people before courts has emboldened lower courts
