You had been kicked out of "Youth Programme" by the Lahore High Court because of "misusing of govt fund" for your own image building, in October 2014.
In July 2018, you had been sentenced to 7 years in Jail along with a penalty of nearly 35 crores rupees for corruption in Avenfield reference case by Supreme Court.
Supreme Court also disqualify you from contesting elections for 10 years.

Indeed even the commentators on this page seems scared of the brave lady. In order to ridicule people are calling her Maryam Safdar instead of Maryam Nawaz as she was not born to Nawaz. They are demanding to throw her in Jail and revoke her bail because she is heavily criticizing the PM and of course we don't like any sort of criticism and a big NO when it is coming from a woman. Having said that unless we stop deflecting questions or bounce another question instead of an answer we will fail as a healthy and progressive society. Let the politicians exchange screams but we as voters should only seek answers.

dont play in her hands she just wants your attention and the only way she can do that is by talking against the one and only hope of this country The Great Imran khan and its not only her every tom dick and harry who wants attention talks against imran khan as they all know that he has the following no body else can imagine in pakistan or abroad so let these dogs bark as much as they want ignore them or just throw a bone to them.
