I thought he had claimed that someone (ie establishment) said to the judge that they have videos on him and forced him to give a verdict against nawaz? I may be mistaken. I guess to need to look up his original claim again. If this is the case, then it makes perfect sense that PMLN would not want him to go to FIA

Yes. Late judge Arshad Malik had an understanding with Pmln that he would give favorable verdict to Nawaz Donkey (remember Nawaz Donkey's remaining two corruption cases were transferred to his court on Sharif's request). When he didn't comply and still punished Sharif in Al Azizia corruption case, he was thus blackmailed by Nawaz Donkey's goon Nasir Butt to publicly claim he gave the unfavorable verdict on ISI's blackmail.

Nawaz Donkey was already disqualified by 5 SC judges in Panama case, one year before late Judge Arshad Malik's verdict in Al Azizia case. So this a flat out lie.

The burden of proof lies on the anchor who is breaking the news, so regardless if he wants to disclose his source or not he should be the one facing the consequence of any news being true or false. If his news is true beyond doubt then he can surely hide his source but only present the evidence that supports his news(against someone), but if his news turns out to be false/fabricated/rumor then he not only has to face the consequence of defaming someone but is probably liable to disclose the traitor/source as well who cannot be trusted with his loyalty.
