میٹرو منصوبہ سفید ہاتھی بن گیا

اہور(انجم کاظمی)پنجاب حکومت آج کل شدید مالی بحران کا شکار ہے لاہور میں کھڑا کیا گیا سفید ہاتھی میٹرو بس سروس کا منصوبہ پنجاب حکومت کے گلے پڑ گیا ہے، اب حکومت پنجاب تقریباً ہر محکمے کے بجٹ پر کٹ لگا رہی ہے۔ شہباز شریف کے اس شاہکار کی زد میں مقامی حکومتیں بھی آچکی ہیں جن کے بجٹ پر اربوں روپے کا کٹ لگا دئیے ہیں۔

فیصل آباد کی مقامی حکومت کے بجٹ پر تقریباً ایک ارب کا کٹ لگایا گیاہے جس سے اس کے عوامی سہولتوں کے کئی منصوبے التواء کا شکار ہو گئے ہیں اس مالی بحران کے باعث پنجاب حکومت نے گورنرہاؤس کو بھی نہیں بخشا اور اس کے نان سیلری بجٹ پر بھی 15فیصد کٹ لگا دیا گیا ہے۔

یکم جولائی 2013ء کو پنجاب کے فنانس سیکرٹری محمد جہانزیب خان نے گورنر کے ملٹری سیکرٹری کو خط لکھا جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ گورنر ہاؤس کے سالانہ بجٹ 14کروڑ 36لاکھ 17ہزار روپے میں سے نان سیلری بجٹ یہ 15فیصد کٹ لگایا جارہا ہے جسکے بعد سہ ماہی خرچ کیلئے کٹوتی کے بعد 42لاکھ 63ہزار روپے کی رقم جاری کی جارہی ہے اس طرح نان سیلری بجٹ کو 40فیصد سے کم کر کے 25فیصد کر دیا گیا ہے۔

دوسری طرف پنجاب حکومت نے گورنر ہاؤس کو عملہ کی ڈاؤن سائزنگ کیلئے خط لکھ دیا گیا ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ حکومت پنجاب کو مالی بحران کا سامنا ہے لٰہذا گورنر ہاؤس کے عملہ کی ڈاؤن سائزنگ کی فہرست بجھوائی جائے جس پر گورنر کے ملٹری سیکرٹری نے فہرست کی تیاری شروع کردی ہے جلد ہی اس کے بارے میں فیصلہ متوقع ہے۔

Now if Munafiq Govt of Punjab close it then Pakistanis will loose their billions of rupees in a single day and if Munafiq Govt of Punjab will keep it continue then we will lose million of rupees per day.
But this loss will be only for the people of Pakistanis whereas Munafiq Bros won elections with the support of their foolish supporters.
Once again Pakistanis have been robbed and they are going to realise it now.
It looks like Bulbuley of ARY that Pakistan is robbed again and again because of the majority of foolish Pakistanis and they realise it later on.

Look at the plus side Cut on expenses on Governor house and staff. At least he is trying to curtail some of the expenses of the governor house. As for developmental money cut from other parts of punjab well even if SS does not give them a penny , thats not bad . They voted for him so as they have made their bed they must lie in it

The Governor houses are state properties. Governors are appointed by the Centre and Nawaz League is in the Centre. Now Nawaz League has reduced the non salaries expenses of the governor house where the governor is "their own" governor. Had such action been taken by Imran Khan, PTI walay would have gone hoarse shouting and praising the action from roof tops. But they are condemning it because N League has done it.
