Those who don't know General Abdul Qadir Baloch, let me add to his profile the period that is not discussed by any one, actually his qualification in PPP is only because he had that proven experience that I have mentioned below.
During 1998 till 2001 he was Major General A.Q.Baloch and was the Director General of Rangers, having his back ground from Baluchistan and roots in there, he and Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman formed a partnership in smuggling Petrol and Diesel from Iran through Baluchistan, and did very well, it was NO HOLD BARS. That's when Fazlu earned the fame in corruption and name of DIESEL. Baloch kept his name secret.
He is as cunning as a fox, he joined PML"N" after retiring because that was the most lucrative gang for money making but when he saw PML"N" is down in drain he left them but secured his future by giving statement that because Nawaz Sharif spoke against General Bajwa so he is leaving the Party, he was in pursuance for any position , now when Zardari's and Bhutto's found his money trail, they hugged him as if he is their lost blood, and offered him position in PPP. Now we will see more organized corruption in Sindh Government, count on. Remember he left PML"N" because they spoke against Army and Pakistan, and joining another group who is doing same but the are in power.
