Today the delegation of ASA-CUI met Minister for Science & Technology, Mr. Fawad Ch as a follow up of meeting of May 16, 2019. During the meeting, the ASA reiterated about the demands of CUI employees including Job confirmation, Termination/salary stoppages, back dated promotion, salary rationalization, end of adhocisim in CUI etc.
The ASA delegation briefed minister about the unrest among the employees of seven campuses and shared the verdict of all GBMs that non-compliance of basic lawful demands of ASA will lead to complete bycot of academic/administrative activities. The delegation requested him to intervene and play his role in resolving these issues on urgent basis.
