Its because of Punjab Government misgovernment.
PMLN has no capability to govern the province on proper way.
We never saw such issues in the past and there is no issue in any other province right now.
The rout cause of the problem is shareef family, who exercise their family culture every where and causing serious issues for the biggest province of this country.
sharif family has to be kicked out of PMLN to normalize the situation.

In opds only physical examination is done and perscription is written. Neither medicine is given, nor any treatment is done, simply because these facilities are not there.... Stupid media doesnt know the basics of hospitals....
