Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed are not being released from Jail despite their release orders being issued and 'Roobcars' that have been ready since Friday. SP Sargodha Jail has stated that there is pressure from 'above' not to release Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed. We demand to know what does the SP Sargodha Jail mean by 'above'? Is he being pressured by Maryam Nawaz, Home Minister Punjab, IG Jail Punjab, or Intelligence Agency operatives? Do these people have the authority to openly flaunt court orders? If the answer is yes to the above, then the judge should impose his/her writ and have them released immediately. I was in Sargodha for my bail hearings and came to know that a large contingent of Police has reached the Jail to re arrest Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed. Will the Punjab Government or Intelligence Agencies come clean in this?? Follow the 'Rule of Law' and release Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed immediately because the 'Hybrid System' is another name for a 'Banana Republic' and is responsible for the total destruction of Pakistan's social fabric.
