Calling all Islamic educational centers/ Institutions"JEHALAT KI FACTORY" is a proof of that person being nothing but a JAHIL, this statement sound as an statement from someone wants to defame ISLAM and Pakistan. An irresponsible person like this Information Minister shouldn't be on this position as he cannot give any information he can only malign Islam or Pakistan , may be to keep some outsider happy.
