اسکو سیدھا ملایا جا سکتا تھا لیکن کرپشن کا غبن اور نوسربازی کے لیے بےفضول پیسا بہا دیا گیا

mmmmmm .... I must disagree here. I don't know the exact length and height of the flyover but it seems very obvious by looking at the picture that flyover couldn't meet it's required height, if it was built straight. One can find many similar examples all over the world.
