On a serious note, this happens when issues like Judicial Commission are more important to our so called leaders than actual issues. Let the system roll and keep a hawk's eye on actual issues my mates.

If you guys know dynamic of that part of Lahore you will never talk about that. We can prevent that part of city flood but it is not possible because that area is well below from area's around .Since In British era when they made Mall road this area had this problem because all rain water flow downward from GPO Chowk towards Lakshmi Chowk and on other direction water flow from Lahore Railway Station down towards Lakshmi chowk.
Replacing sewer can help but it can not stop flow of water.
