This is strange how list has been prepared??Did IHC order was for all prisoners across the country or for selected prisoners??
Agar IHC insani bunado par order jari Karti Tu wo sitting Gov ko kehti k ap log dekhay k kon raha ho Sakta ha kon Nahi..Did CJ of IHC not questioned about the list of prisoners??
