Ye hona chahay tha..Hamza SC k hukam k khalaf khuli pre poll rigging kar raha tha..Hamza ne lakho rupya k TV ads dia hain is scheme k lia..wo paisay awam k hain..is se paisay wasool kia jayain..Koi bhi banda 20 halqo m jaya tu ap dekhay gein k back dates dall kar tarqiati kaam karway jaa rehay hain..

Do you think, it was possible? Electricity is a federal subject.
Secondly there is no such scheme in Punjab budget.
Almost 25% of Punjab development budget will be gone to support this scheme.
Also if someone uses unit less than 100 means subsidy is less than 1000 rupees which is nothing as compared to inflation, this imported regime has brought in this country.
