Joseph Colony incident was a unique incident, it was not the normal taliban style terrorism. Punjab government had the culprit in jail, then released him later for political gains and then that culprit took out the attack. So Punjab government was directly involved in the incident. Secondly, where is nawaz sharif? He felt more neccessiry to stay a night in London rather than visit Peshawar for a change, because last time he visited peshawar was like 15 years ago, but he goes to London on almost every other weekend.
