Looking at his Facebook posts it is clear that this person is a scum bag. I tend to believe now that he escalated the situation by cursing and swearing. Someone getting the short end of the stick in the end does not mean that he is not the initiator. He just got slapped with no bruises or injuries. This matter has got nothing to do with the party and PTI should gets its hands off the matter and let law take its course.
