I wish the swabi representatives were visionary and could think out of the box but I do not expect that from kaddu Asad Qaiser. As a consultant and business person I request IK to check neelab town and hand it over to DHA or somebody competent to make a resort like town near GIK with the DAM's view. It was conceived in the 80's by Wapda but never took off. Its prime land and can fetch money for the governments treasury. Plus you can also make another university at par with GIK.

Good advice ?, however the area is declared as high security risk.
Int. reports few years back mentioned a hub for enemies and planning attack on Chinese and Dam.
My factory is in Gadoon a few miles away.

Pakistani public is jahil.If it doesn’t see any inaugurations by the PM then it starts believing there is no development.Parchi Sharif and his brother spent billions of dollars on advertising and publicity when they were in power.They re-inaugurated many projects from Mushraf era.This is how they fooled the public.PTI is not giving billions to media channels like Parchi Sharif.

Oh great to know that that you are providing employment to the people of Gadoon Amazai. By the way if we can not protect a small area such as the one I have suggested that means we have failed badly as far as internal security is concerned. If Mangla can have a mangla view resort so can Swabi. It will uplift the area and provide job opportunities. Also, a water theme park would have a halo effect. Asad Qaiser is one dumb fella in IK's cabinet.
