آج پانامہ کا وہ فیصلہ آ گیا جس کا قوم پچھلے ٢ ماہ سے بے چینی سے انتظار کر رہی تھی
سب سے پہلے تو میں ان دو جج صاحبان کو تہہ دل سے سلام پیش کرتا ہوں جنھوں نے
شریف خاندان کی حقیقت جان لینے کے بعد کسی لیل و لعت سے کام نہیں لیا اور وزیر اعظم
کو جھوٹ بولنے اور ڈاکہ زنی پر گھر بھیجنے کا حکم تحریر کیا - الله آپ دونوں حضرات
کو حق اور سچ لکھنے پر اجر عطا فرماے _

جہاں دو جج صاحبان نے واظہح موقف اپنایا وہاں تین محترم جج صاحبان نے بھی یہ تسلیم کیا کہ
وزیر اعظم منی ٹریل نہیں دکھا پائے لہذا انھیں ٦٠ دن میں ایک مشترکہ تحقیقاتی کمیٹی کے
رو برو پیش ہو کر لندن فلیٹس کی منی ٹریل دکھانی ہو گی ورنہ ؟؟؟؟ کیا ہو گا اس کا فیصلہ ہونا

یعنی وینٹیلیٹر پر رکھ دیا گیا ہے

پانچوں جج صاحبان نے آج قطری خط میں پکوڑے ڈال کر بیچ دیے ہیں
اور وہ بھی شریف خاندان کو

سپریم کورٹ میں ایک درخواست دی جاۓ کے مدعیان کے
وکلاُ کو بھی بحیثیت مبصر اس ٦٠ روزہ تحقیقاتی کمیشن میں
شامل کیا جائے تا کہ باس علی بابا سے پولے پولے سوال کر
کے آخر میں ماتحت ملازمین سب اچھا ہے کی رپورٹ نہ دے سکیں-

however, lahori shahzaday ko releif bhi daynaa hai...so, prime minister sahab, please form a comittee who will investigate you.

WD! I think the understanding that I have regarding the JIT interrogation procedure the accused have to be quizzed one on one to get to the truth. Accused cannot have the facility of his counsel sitting with him during the grilling. If we apply the same principal on the accuser then they too also cannot have access to the proceedings. And please keep this in mind that the petitioners (Imran, Sh & Siraj) are out of this equation now. Now its between the bench and the accused. I am not sure, but you may need to check these points with a credible attorney at criminal law or with some senior personnel of any law enforcement agency.

That being said, now we have to keep it in mind the very tough ToR given to the JIT by the bench. Additionally, even the bench has kept the selection of the JIT members in their hands as well. The bench has ordered the heads of all these departments to recommend to the bench the names of the officers who will become part of the JIT. Thereby meaning, if they are not officers of good repute the bench can/will reject their nominations. Moreover, the bench has kept a very tight jurisdiction over the working of this JIT, as they have been bound to report to the bench every week of the proceedings and the work completed during that particular week.

With this tight overseeing control, and the strict ToR (11 LETHAL questions) handed over by the bench to the JIT, I think it won't be possible and easy for the JIT members to deviate or come up with any weak rubbish stuff. So by and large, I believe the sharifs are history! Its all over for them.

Another point, worth keeping in mind is that JIT proceedings will lead not only to the disqualification but will also to the criminal proceedings against sharifs.
