عدالت کا مختصر فیصلہ سے گریز کرنا

پانامہ لیکس کا کیس بڑا سیدھا سادھا تھا۔ عدالت نے یہ تعین کرنا تھا کہ نواز شریف نے کرپشن کی تھی یا نہیں ؟
عدالت کا مختصر فیصلہ نہیں کرنا، تشویش ناک ہے، مختصر فیصلہ بڑا سیدھا سادھا ہوتا ہے۔۔۔۔ جرم ہوا یا نہیں؟ عدالت یہ کہنے میں ہچکچارہی ہے، اب ٹرک لگا کر فیصلہ کریں گے۔ ۔ ۔ ۔
اور اور یہ بھول جائیں گے کہ ایک دن قبر میں بھی جانا ہے۔ ​

Judiciary is the key culprit in bringing Pakistan to this sorry state of affairs followed by Civil-Khaki Bureaucracy, Politicians, and Media. They have got a chance of redemption or else they are declared evil like Nawaz, Zardari, Diesel, Altaf, Asfandyar........an open enemies of Pakistan.

Insha Allah right decision will come don't lose the hope.Judges have to follow the law as well they can't give decisions just on the basis of accusations they have to decide on the basis of evidence.The history of our judiciary is very dark but I believe that this time around it will change.

This case deserve detail judgement because of new issues discovered during SC(Supreme Court) proceedings:
1. PMLN family lies need investigation
-Maryam interview with Sana Buccha (2011) : That they have no property outside Pakistan and that she is lives with her father(shows dependency).
-Hassan Sharif interview 1999: That they are living on rent. In SC later they declared that it is free living.
-Hussain Nawaz interviews 2016: Indicated that properties were bought in 2006 with sale of factory and money was legally transferred. In SC they said it is adjustment no money transfer
-Nawaz Sharif speeches indicating factory sale generated money but in reality first factory sale showed loss

2. Business Interests before Pakistan interests
-200 Billion Rs contract given to Qatri without other bidder
-Many CPEC projects given to same Qatri
-In 90s starting 93 when motorway projects were given to Qatri
