Mochay the ECP rejected their allocation after 3 days time, which means you have to give them option to go to another party and possibly 3 days. This is how it works. ECP took their papers and affidavits and when the time passed they said No you can't join SIC.
Second the allocation of reserve seat goes to Political party not parliamentary parties.

Deserve? According to the constitution of Pakistan - the reserve seats are allocated as per share of total vote. PTI got the majority of vote in recent elections on form 45, and thus it has constitutional right to have majority of reserve seats. Rest of the parties should be allocated their reserve seats as per their vote share.
