طیبہ گل ایشو: حکومت کاسابق چیئرمین نیب جاوید اقبال کیخلاف انکوائری کا فیصلہ

مسلم لیگ ن نے جنسی ہراسانی اور بلیک میل ہو کر پی ٹی آئی کے کیسز بند کرنے کا الزام لگا کر سابق چیئرمین نیب اور سربراہ لاپتا افراد کمیشن جسٹس ریٹائرڈ جاوید اقبال کے خلاف انکوائری کا اعلان کر دیا۔

جیو نیوز کی خصوصی ٹرانسمیشن میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے رہنما مسلم لیگ ن رانا مشہود نے کہا کہ اس میں کوئی دو رائے نہیں کہ سابق چیئرمین نیب جسٹس جاوید اقبال ریٹائرڈ کو اپنے مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کیا گیا۔

رانا مشہود نے کہا کہ سابق چیئرمین نیب کے خلاف جنسی ہراسانی اور بلیک میلنگ کے معاملات کی مکمل انکوائری کی جائے گی، ایسا شخص کسی عہدے پر رہنے کے قابل نہیں ہے۔

طیبہ گل نے پبلک اکاؤنٹس کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں سابق چیئرمین نیب جسٹس ریٹائرڈ جاوید اقبال اور ڈی جی نیب شہزاد سلیم پر جنسی ہراسانی کے الزامات عائد کیے جبکہ ڈی جی نیب شہزاد سلیم نے طبیہ گل کو 10 کروڑ روپے ہرجانے کا نوٹس بھیجا ہے۔

ڈی جی نیب شہزاد سلیم کا کہنا ہے کہ میری کال ریکارڈ کر کے آڈیو کو غلط استعمال کیا گیا، طیبہ گل کے معاملے میں جو بھی کارروائی کی وہ قانون کے مطابق تھی۔

شہزاد سلیم نے کہا کہ طیبہ گل کے خلاف شکایات نیب لاہور کو موصول ہوئی تھیں، طیبہ گل ایک کیس میں مدعی اور ایک کیس میں ملزم رہیں۔

شہزاد سلیم کا کہنا ہے کہ آڈیو میں میری بات نگہت بھٹی سے ہو رہی ہے، نگہت بھٹی کو بتایا گیا کیس میرٹ پر پورا اترنے تک کچھ نہیں کر سکتے، طیبہ گل کا کیس اور ہے جبکہ نگہت بھٹی کا اور کیس ہے،دوسری جانب ترجمان نیب نوازش علی کا کہنا ہے کہ طیبہ گل سے میری کبھی ملاقات نہیں ہوئی، انہوں نے میرے حوالے سے غلط بیانی کی۔

Fully endorse you but if you see it from other angle actually establishment wants such people which can be manipulated easily and what is his accomplishments perhaps nothing just looking busy doing nothing and at the same time it also reflects the integrity of our judges how low they can stoop. Unfortunately establishment is of same caliber or definitely much worse, in such circumstances don't expect any betterment in country really gloomy atmosphere.

In the 74 years of history one clean gentleman came who openly challenged them and they could not bear it and overthrew him. The courts unfortunately always had holy alliance with the junta, and with impunity gave judgements under the law of necessity.

So then what is the solution to get out of this quagmire???
A three words answer..... NEW SOCIAL CONTRACT.
