Isn't he the disgraced MPA who was kicked out of PTI for corruption. Looks like he found his rightful place among the corrupt flock.

When was he kicked out of PTI and if so how could he function as MPA as he would have gotten disqualified? He was a functional PTI MPA and Imran Khan had recently defended him that nothing could be proved against him.

His basic party membership was cancelled in July 2015, and restoration to membership was pending court decision. The copy of cancellation notice in the attachment below:

Imran Khan defended the rule of law. He said we fired him and the case was forwarded to the court. Now the court has given him bail.

What actions taken against him?
He is still MPA on PTI ticket. Nothing was proved against him. If Zia decided not to resign from MPA seat and joins another party, trust me PTI is not going to take any action but most of the leadership will come to media and give us sermons. For me it looks like PTI is a party of talk instead of actions.
Its more than two years and not accountability bureau head. Other than giving statement what sorts of measures taken for the Accountability commission head appointment? If IK is unable to do accountability in KPK trust me he is not going to do same if formed government in center.

Give me one example from Pakistan where some Politician was convicted on corruption? In our views PPPP is corrupt but was a single person punished for his/her corruption?

That was just for media consumption. How is he serving as MPA on PTI's ticket? Why was not he deseated and why PTI's MPAs and Peshawar's Nazim defended him?

Can we blame PMLN or PPPP not to follow corruption case in court against Zia Ullah Afridi? If I was Zia, I would have filed case against KPK government to defame me.
Actions speak louder than words and PTI beleive in words most of the time. Very early days of PTI lead KPK government they brought Durrani as IG KPK but thanks God that Khattak tried to reverse each good thing done by PTI at its early days.

I agree with you on this issue. PTI is good on giving Bhashan against corruption without taking any action. Like in Punjab assembly the greatest achievement of opposition leader is his brother's promotion.

I see , Deep down everyone knows that PTI and in Gulalai's case Imran Khan in specific , can not afford to walk straight due to political and personal reasons. You have brilliantly summed it up.

It's sad to see that dark nights of Pakistan are not over yet. On one side we claim we are Muslim but difficult to find qualities of a Muslim in our ruling class. Bhashan, Bhashan and try to save each others corruption this is called democracy for them in Pakistan.

PTI should have both of them fired through the ECP, but I don't know what the obstacle is and what the rules are in a situation where an MNA/ MPA rebels against the party on whose ticket he/she was elected.
